Reconstruction of electric interlocking of Dubovo station, Donetsk railway

Our Company has developed the project and performed construction and mounting work on the reconstruction of the electric interlocking of Dubovo station, Donetsk railway located in Kharkiv region. Obsolete equipment of the electric interlocking was completely replaced by the microprocessor interlocking (MPI). The microprocessor interlocking included 21 switches; tower equipment is situated in mobile modules EC-TM.TA.

Pilot operation of the automatic level crossings with a DC motor

Our company has developed and manufactured prototypes of automatic level crossings with a DC gearmotor of type SHAP.TA.02.13. Crossing gates are installed and are under pilot operation on the level crossing No.2 PK10 km + 039 m of Dniprodzerzhynsk station of Prydniprovska railway and on the level crossing PK 1 + 499 m of the section Colomyya - Delyatyn of Lviv railway. Mass production of this type of crossing gates will be started after the end of the pilot operation.

Our company has manufactured and delivered to customers the control devices of railway automation and distance control - tilting geographical panels (Aromatna railway station and the railway station named after Anatolii Alimov).

Working draft Reconstruction of power interlocking of Rutchenkovo Station of Donetska Railway

Our enterprise has fulfilled a Working Draft Reconstruction of the power interlocking of Rutchenkovo Station of Donetska Railway. The Working Draft foresees full change of the power interlocking equipment for microprocessor interlocking system - produced by Severodonetsk Research and Production Association Impuls PJSC, Severodonetsk. The draft involves 71 switches into the - system.

Upgrading of the power interlocking system of station NyzhnioDniprovsk Junction (-1)of Prydniprovska Railway

Our enterprise has fulfilled a Working Draft Upgrading of the power interlocking system of station NyzhnioDniprovsk Junction (-1) of Prydniprovska Railway. The Draft foresees the re-equipment of power interlocking of control cabin 1 (park G), Block signal station 194 km and automatic block of Samarovka railway haul - Block signal station 194 km NyzhnioDniprovsk - Junction (control cabin 1). The Draft foresees the usage of - microprocessor interlocking system produced by SRPA Impuls PJSC, Severodonetsk with involvement of 26 switches, using the tonal rail circuits.

Development of project Remote control of Dachne passing track from the Promyslova Station on the basis of microprocessor interlocking of switches and signals for Lvivska Railway

Our enterprise has developed a project Remote control of Dachne passing track from the Promyslova Station on the basis of microprocessor interlocking of switches and signals. The Project foresees full change of power interlocking equipment for START microprocessor interlocking of switches and signals. 2 switches and 10 traffic lights are involved into START microprocessor interlocking system. The control of freeness of the adjacent rail hauls equipped with a single-track semi-automatic blocking is fulfilled with the help of axel counting system START.

The Dachne passing track is controlled from the Promyslova Station with the help of computer work station of remote control or control room of this very passing track with the help of computer work station of local control. The voice communication system START provides the voice communication between Dachne passing track and Promyslova Station.

Operation of the gate .

Our enterprise has carried out in September 2012 major repair of the railway crossing signalling with replacement of the old gates by gates . (bar length 6 or 4,5 meter), which are manufactured by Transautomatic Ltd.

This gate is equipped with light-emitting diode (LED) heads and acoustic signal .

During the running period from September 2012 till February 2013 the gates operated without failures in normal conditions and by low temperatures.

Project development: Lozova station power interlocking

Our enterprise has performed the project: power interlocking at the junction station Lozova Southern railway (joining DC 3,3 kV and AC 27,5 kV traction current modes). This project provides for the relay-microprocessor power interlocking of 102 railway points at the station Lozova and 4 railway points at the post 939 km with control from the station Lozova. Microprocessor-based route-set is developed by the limited company Misat, Kharkov, Ukraine.

Our enterprise has performed building and assembly jobs for implementation of power interlocking and automatic block microprocessor-based systems on the railway section Poltava - Krasnograd Lozova (Southern railway). The following operations have been carried out: cabling, erection of the floor-standing equipment and the post equipment for microprocessor interlocking and automatic block system at 16 stations.

Project development: Junction post 154 km Khodoriv - Stryy (remote control devices), Lvivska railway

This project provides the whole reequipment of all-electric interlocking to the microprocessor interlocking of railway points and signals START (MI START), which has been developed by the limited company ATtrans, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Junction post 154 km is controlled from the station Stryy by the use of a distant control WP (automated working place) or from the post hardware room. Station duty officers AWP and distant control devices ensure displaying: of the floor-standing equipment condition, of the railway points, railway traffic lights and these units control at a real-time.

Construction documents development for extension of the crossing approaching districts and for checking the block length of automatic block system (South-Western railway)

Scientific production association "Transautomatic" has performed the project: Construction documents development for the extension of railway crossings approaching districts and for checking the block length of automatic block system on the railway section: Darnitsa Hrebinka and Kiev Korosten Shepetivka - Zdolbuniv by the terms of a high-speed train Hyundai driving safety in connection with the speed enhancing on stages up to 160 km/h

Scientific production association "Transautomatic" has performed the project: Microprocessor-based systems of power interlocking and automatic block system implementation on the railway section Poltava - Krasnograd Lozova for the passenger trains high-speed operation.

This project provides microprocessor-based systems implementation of the power interlocking - and the automatic block system -, which have been developed and manufactured by the public corporation Radioavionika (Saint Petersburg, Russia) on the railway section Poltava Krasnograd and microprocessor-based systems implementation of the power interlocking Ebilock 950 and the automatic block system -, which have been developed and manufactured by the limited company Bombardier Transportation (Signal) (Moscow, Russia) on the railway section Krasnograd Lozova.

The project provides microprocessor-based power interlocking at 15 stations (total amount of point switches 149), microprocessor-based power interlocking and centralized traffic control on the railway section with the length - 174 km.

Projects, such as above mentioned, had never been performed in Ukraine before.

Equipping of the railway crossing 1536 km+342 m on the stage Inkerman-I - Sevastopol with video surveillance

"Transautomatic" association employees have equipped the railway crossing without assistant (1536 km+342 m on the stage Inkerman- - Sevastopol) with video surveillance and two autogates. Video cameras record the situation on the railway crossing, make it possible to record the registration number of a car, which has infracted traffic laws. Video archive is held at the server during 30 days.

Information from the video cameras is transmitted to the assistants display at the adjacent railway crossing. The assistant has possibility to activate danger lights remotely and to turn on danger lights at the railway traffic lights by means of a dashboard in case of a car occurrence on the railroad tracks. The project has been performed by our association.

Transportable modules EC-TM.TA for devices of automatics, telemechanics and communication

Our company has developed and makes transportable modules EC-TM.TA for devices of automatics, telemechanics and communication.

Electric centralization in transportable modules EC-TM.TA (complex EC-TM.TA) is a post of the electric centralization, the centralized automatic lock-out which consists of a complex of the modules having various appointment: a relay premise, a premise of the person on duty on stations, a premise for storage of the equipment, the premises of communication equipped with the security-fire alarm system.

Necessity of each premise as a part of complex EC-TM.TA is defined by the concrete project.

The working out purpose are:

  • Reduction in price of cost of civil and erection works at modernization or reconstruction at stations where full or partial replacement of existing devices is provided;
  • Possibility of acquisition, check of devices at factory to the beginning of starting-up and adjustment works on stations, that is reduction of terms of introduction in operation;
  • Complete delivery of the equipment to object of building.

Voskobojnja of the Pridneprovsky railway in June 2010. 4 complete sets of devices of an obstacle of moving 91.00 on the basis of developed before Scientific production association "Transautomatic" together with Open Company PSF "" Ltd have been entered into pre-production operation engineering specifications.

Working out of the project of electric centralization of station Donetsk

Our company had been executed equipment design working out: the Technological station complex on the station square and on Artemovsky street in the Kiev area of Donetsk. Electric centralization. The Equipment design provides full replacement of the equipment of electric centralization and communication. Schemes of electric centralization of station Donetsk are developed on the basis of block relay centralization with a microprocessor routing set.
